The Plan Administrator, David Desmond, is responsible for day-to-day activities. All formal communication should be addressed to David Desmond who is also the designated agent for the service of legal process. Jane Dyar is the Pension Secretary and Jackie Thomas is the Receptionist.
The Plan’s records are maintained in the Pension Office on a fiscal period known as the Plan Year. The Plan Year begins on October 1 and ends on September 30.
